Elite.  Not average.  Or common.  An excellent description of this beautiful writing instrument.  The Elite fountain and rollerball pens are based on a design which uses a slightly longer pen barrel giving the pen exceptional balance.  The ferrule (neck above the nib) is finished in Titanium for great looks and durability.  

The cap screws off and can be seated on the end of the pen if desired.  The fountain pen comes with a medium nib and a refillable reservoir for loading your own ink.  The rollerball version utilizes a Schmidt-type cartridge available at most office supply stores.
